We work hard ensure San Rufo clients are happy and satisfied with their new homes.

Through quality craftsmanship and the process of building trust and accountability, we’ve developed some outstanding relationships. Here is a sample of what our homeowners have to say:

I just wanted to thank you all for the amazing efforts each of you have done to make this a reality for our boys to purchase their first home. You guys have gone above and beyond in accommodating them to the very end. It is hugely appreciated and has not gone un-noticed.

The quality of construction has been great and from all the office staff to sales staff, etc. It has been a great pleasure watching this unfold for our boys. The boys are super excited and are looking forward to this becoming a reality. Jarrett and Tyson (my boys) are doing everything they can to help spread the word and have a friend already writing a purchase agreement for [another duplex]. You have made believers of some young people and they will support you for a long time to come because of your heart and dedication.

Thanks you for everything once again and we look forward to many opportunities together in the future

In April 2007, I accepted yet another transfer, this time to Edmonton. My wife and I knew the market had sky rocketed in this area, and we were apprehensive of what prices might be. After spending many countless evenings driving by sale signs, and making follow up phone calls, we decided that building might be the way to go, however having built two homes in the last 6 years in other locations, we weren’t keen on this, especially knowing what the market was, and what the tradesman situation would offer.

Not knowing any contractors in the area, I probably contacted 6-8 contractors, none of which really showed any interest, or compassion to our situation, as we needed to get into a residence sooner then later. One Sunday, I called San Rufo Homes, really not expecting an answer, however I was wrong. I spoke with John Stabile, and explained our situation. In no time, John set up an appointment. My wife and I met with John, telling him what our desires were. John took a great deal of time, not only showing us homes and plans, but even took us through various homes San Rufo were building at various stages, to ensure we knew what type of product and quality they offered.

On June 1st, our build began, and right from the onset, we could see his tradesmen were of a very high standard. As San Rufo is a family business, John, Tony, or his Mom and Dad, were always on hand to walk us through every stage to ensure we were fully satisfied. John’s quote was, “we want you to be happy when the project is completed”

In December, our home was completed. The end product was completed both professionally and tastefully. As with any construction project, there are bound to be minor deficiencies, and San Rufo Homes stood by their product immediately, rectifying these minute problems.

My wife and I highly, recommend San Rufo Homes to anyone who is looking for a top notch contractor who sincerely cares about his product and the client. John and his family are extremely honest, very professional and highly competent.

Sincerely,
Dan and Kathy Hovorka

I have known the Stabile family for over 20 years and have been acting as counsel for their family business San Rufo Homes for quite a few years.

San Rufo Homes has developed a reputation for excellent quality and second to none customer service. The Stabiles are some of the hardest working individuals I know.

In addition to their hard work, the Stabiles are people of the highest integrity and character and the type of business people that can be trusted with a simple handshake. The Stabile’s drive to succeed will ensure that any venture San Rufo Homes takes on will achieve the best result possible. As a result, I have no hesitation in providing you with this endorsement of the Stabile family and their business.

We are writing this letter to San Rufo Homes letting you know how delighted we are with our new home. During the planning stages, your patience and personal attention allowed for a development of design that specifically addressed our needs.

We also appreciated your meticulous attention to detail once the actual construction began, along with your willingness towards allowing us to participate in the construction stage of this project.

These factors allowed us to have confidence that the end product would meet our expectations, despite the fact that the entire local labour market was in a state of flux during the building period.

Since moving into the home, we have also been appreciative of your responsiveness to the few minor problems which have arisen.

In summary, it has been a pleasure to work with you and would strongly consider building with San Rufo Homes once again in the future.

Thanks again.

My husband and I started a business relationship with San Rufo homes in March, 2006 to build a 2100 sq ft raised bungalow in The Banks of Sturgeon County. Of course, the building requirements on an estate acreage community required many revisions of blue prints and architectural exterior design. John Stabile, our sales representative, guided us through the process to make the most impact while maintaining a cost effective price.

Jeff and I also appreciated the family style approach to the home building process. San Rufo Homes takes you in as a valued client and friend and is very honest and loyal about what they say and do. While other home builders during the 2007 build process were increasing prices on clients, San Rufo stuck to their price and didn’t reduce the quality of their building to save costs. Any house deficiencies were always dealt with and both John and Tony Stabile were flexible to make changes to the interior framing on the fly.

In the end, Jeff and I were very happy with our home and the value vs cost was very good.

Sincerely,
Tara Davies
