In Edmonton, we are seeing a lot of issues with Garage Overhead Doors not opening/closing as they should.
The most recent cause of this has been snow/ice build up & then thawing off. That causes the balance of the door to need re setting.
Below are steps that can be followed for most doors to rectify this at home – as homeowner maintenance.
