How long have you been part of the San Rufo Homes team?
What is your job role and what does your day-to-day look like?
My role is to generate new home sales for San Rufo Homes. My day-to-day consists of creating strong relationships with future homebuyers and supporting all aspects of the building process; from walking clients through their plans, to interior selections and then through the construction phase. Other focuses include managing relationships with Developers, Mortgage Brokers, Realtors and further to this, a strong emphasis on supporting the San Rufo Homes office staff.
What is your favourite part of taking clients through the buying process?
I think my favourite part of taking clients through the building process is when I feel ‘that moment’ when I have gained their trust and they ask for my advice. It’s in that moment that I feel that I’ve done a great job and I look forward to working together and the new friendship that I have made.

What’s your one must-have feature in a home?
A beautiful en-suite with a giant tub to relax in after a long day!
For you, what is the best part of the custom home building process?
What makes the custom home building process so special is the ability to tailor each clients individual needs. It also allows for more flexibility with Home Designs and Budgets.
What’s one piece of advice for a first-time home buyer?
“This is one of the biggest purchases you will ever make, if not the biggest; take it slow, make it perfect and enjoy the process – because we are about to have some fun!”

I have not missed an episode of Dr. Phil in over six years!
